The use of digital tools 2.0 on primary education in Barcelona

The aim of this report is: a) to study the institutional purpose of integrating ICT and develop digital skills among students in primary school and, in this context, evaluate b) if the teacher training is enough for these purposes, c) if these uses are integrated into the teaching and learning process, d) if ICTs are used only in an individual way or they are used collaborativelly and e) whether or not the use is restricted mainly to search information and does not include the production of digital materials.
